Episode Synopsis
GUYS. This episode is everything. Today, I'm interviewing Jenna Goodhand, Executive Director of Cafézia Coffee, and wow do we ever have an incredible conversation! We cover so many important topics including hustle culture, fear of being judged, and how to get back to the real reasons you started your business.
Here's some info on Jenna:
With a background in Political Science, Peace & Conflict Studies and International Economics, Jenna continues to be a community-centered entrepreneur who has used her experiences to grow businesses in a variety of industries that include elements of social justice, wellness, and the use of human behaviour to elevate impact.
She recently bought Cafézia, a wellness-based coffee that is currently sold online across Canada and in retailers throughout Ontario. Through Cafézia, Jenna aims to encourage thoughtful moments of connection with ourselves, each other and the world in which we live, while shifting our focus away from hustle culture and towards sustainable wellness and joy.
