On this episode, Michael talks to David and Sarah Kay about their experience building a home with him. David and Sarah wanted to get out of the rental cycle and start building their own equity through having their own home. Shortly after their home was starting to be built, Sarah was diagnosed with leukemia and had to spend thirty days in the hospital receiving chemotherapy. They share what the process was like while facing such a huge health crisis, and how Michael helped them get to closing.
