On a dark, rainy September evening in Sweden, a young man stood on a curb as a nondescript sedan pulled over to meet him.  The rear door opened and he was beckoned into the car.  Inside were three gentlemen, all in dark suits.  While this sounds like it could be the beginning of a spy thriller novel, it was actually the beginning of the journey into Odd Fellowship for our guest, Brother Torbjörn Andersson of Tibro, Sweden.  Brother Andersson was kind enough to join us to talk about his experiences as a Swedish Odd Fellow and give us an overview of the way the Order functions in Sweden.  Along the way we learn that Toby can't count in Danish, The Swedish Chef (of Muppet Show fame) was not actually speaking Swedish, and Sweden has no Patriarchs Militant.  The Shoutout goes to the Grand Lodge of New Mexico for their brilliant and innovative plan to sponsor an Odd Fellows hot air balloon.  In the Odd Podge, Toby was recognized on a flight to Chicago, Ainslie got a phone call from a prospective member who saw him on YouTube and is interested in joining the Order, and Torbjörn is planning to visit the centennial of the lodge in Lidköping this coming October.
