The Teachings of Inner Ramana

Indian sage Sri Ramana Maharshi seemed to die in 1950 but in 2009, after Regina Dawn Akers prayed for something to take her to the next step on her spiritual path, she started hearing messages from him as her inner teacher. The book "The Teachings of Inner Ramana" is the result. It teaches three tools – surrender, mantra and self-inquiry – which work together to help break the addiction to the chattering mind.
This podcast uses edited audios from a group Regina led in the study of the book in 2016 as well as videos from 2011.
