You will learn how to eat in a healthy way, when to eat and how to stop when full
I will tap on your programs, food and drink addictions
There will be group tap-alongs
Get back into balance with your natural body's need for nutrition and fun movement
Learn what healthy foods to eat
Learn to eat and workout from a self-accepting, loving place
Learn a quick 15 minute cardio workout that gives you a continuous calorie burn (after burn)
Learn a fast 10 minute weight training routine
Learn how to get in and out of the gym, fast and efficient
Learn what to do before, during and after eating
You will learn powerful tools and we will have homework each week
The tools you learn can be applied in all other areas of your life
