When I went through my College of Kristen (a time of concentrated personal study and growth), I decided to provide my brain the best possible environment to grow. 
I tended to it much like one would a garden; I removed harmful things, I gave it nutrients and space to expand.
In this episode, I talk about the 7 ways I prepared (and still do) my mental environment when I'm seeking to create healing and/or change.
