Liz Deacle, author of The Travel Bog Diaries, whose family uprooted themselves to live in New Zealand, then later decided to travel around the world backpacking with her husband and teenage children. She’s also co-hosts the podcast, It’s A Drama: A Wife & Husband Podcast; plus she’s a YouTuber, entrepreneur and professional storyteller.
Anthony “The Big Cheese” Mongiello, the CEO of Formaggio Cheese, is the official inventor of Stuffed Crust Pizza (see the story in the documentary, Stolen Dough) and he has a patent to prove it. He did battle in court against Pizza Hut.
Kurt Hughes is a naval architect who built his own tiny home that replicates the Lunar Lander used in the Apollo Moon missions. (You can also watch a YouTube video, done by Architectural Digest where you can see and hear more about this very impressive house).
