Jennifer Nielson is a facilitator, motivator and creator. Over the past ten years, she has coached hundreds of people to identify and tackle the root of their problems using The Dig Model. Her proprietary program provides the tools needed to break free from limiting beliefs and build constructive patterns of thought and behaviors. She developed The Dig Specialist certification program coaches to expand her reach and help more people find confidence, emotional resiliency, and the power to create their dream lives. Much of Jennifer’s work is focused on philanthropic and volunteer efforts. She has organized community support to combat human trafficking, domestic abuse, and LGBTQ discrimination. As a childhood sexual abuse survivor, her advocacy for those affected by trauma drives her mission to reach out and offer hope to anyone feeling stuck or weighed down by life. Jennifer is a happily married mother of five, an author, podcaster, speaker, and the founder of Let it Glow retreats, where she brings women together to experience expansion and exploration of the self: mind, body, and soul, in luxurious beautiful destinations around the world.
