Welcome to The Stoic Sox Podcast which seeks to bring fresh encouragement to The Strong Soles! Each of our socks has a statement which I feel is important. They are Dare Today, Demand Your Best Today and Today Conquer Yourself. These statements each originated from a stoic philosopher, hence the name Stoic Sox! Each week I have a brief conversation with a person that is having a positive impact on our world. Some of my guests are well known, some are not well known.Their notoriety is not important. What is important, is their qualities as people. They will talk about how one of the statements on Stoic Sox is important to them or helps them in their lives. I hope you learn something from this podcast and take some encouragement from it.

Eoghan (Twitter @EoghanMc_C) is my first cousin. He is a Strong Sole. He loves all things entrepreneurial. He was a great help to me starting this business.I always looked up to Eoghan growing up, whatever he did I tried to copy him! Eoghan has a positive mindset, always listens patiently to my ramblings and gives good advice. I admire him for moving to London and taking on the challenge of seeking employment in a different industry. On his downtime he enjoys involving himself on side projects usually incorporating some form of Technology. The perfect man for my first podcast.
