We are Elder Led Church AND an Elder Governed church. To enable the building of His church and the extension of the gospel, Jesus has appointed leaders within the local church. God’s desire is for churches to experience the maturity, stability, and fruitfulness that result when leadership and care are extended by gifted leaders with calling, character and competency. Those men are to build out a healthy church culture. HEALTHY ELDERS → HEALTHY LEADERS → MEMBERS MEMBER = HEALTHY CHURCH
