In this episode I speak on my growth in one of what feels like the longest season of my life. I'm so use to trying to get over stuff, but God said not this this time you have to go through it to get to the other side. Who you need to become will be birth through the pain. Pain is apart of the process.

I quickly found out during the process you have to silence the outside voices and allow God to guide and help you through it. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is BE STILL and tune out the noise. Trust me it will transform the way you move, the way you see life and how you see obstacles. There is a peace in stillness.

I know you must be confused how can you Be Still, but still go through the process. God's ways and thoughts aren't ours, I've learned, grown and healed in the stillness.
