1. Keep your mailing list current
2. Mail quarterly to your clients ( monthly is ok too) however, you can

4. Host virtual events and encourage your past clients to invite their friends.
5. Host in person events. Client Parties, Client meet and greets, client appreciation
6. Client pop buys. I love the July 4th pop by ideas. Things for a holiday celebration. or just stopping by to share a cup of coffee with a reusable starbucks or dunkin cup with a gift card
7. The anniversary card (we can track this in our MLS)
8. If you have a CRM schedule anniversary emails
9. Add your clients to an annual advertisement on social media that you boost so they see that you are in the business of real estate.
