In this episode I share how to reach your network and your neighborhood with blitz marketing.
Ask yourself these questions Are you preplanning your marketing? Are you using blitz marketing? Are you generating leads with your marketing from your listings? And using a call to action? When you list a home the number one goal is to expose the home to the entire marketplace and help that seller, sell their home. Your goal is as an agent to follow through and make sure that happens. Your second goal is to build an awareness that you are an agent, a professonal agent and a competent agent. Your third goal that will come out of this marketing is to generate new business. In order to make a living you must become a listing agent. There are several spokes when you list a home. Think of your old school schwin bycicle. you have a wheel and several spokes. Steps when you have a new listing.

your network
the neighborhood of the home
the entire city of the home
the United States &
The world
When you list a home the best way to create a "Bang" is to have your marketing completed before the home hits the market. Your Spokes on your wheel might include:
Your postcard
Your brochures
Your intro letter to the neighbors
your open house
Broker tour if you have them - twilight open house
The email blast
your 60 second video and or reels
Your Facebook, Instagram and twitter posts
Are you creating an AD on social media
If you want to use Linkedin, create a write up and post it like a blog - some of us are using linkedin like Facebook - I need you to re-think this! Show the business world that you are a professional.
