I’m Arpita Mehta, an Indian-American millennial living and working in New York City who’s trying to find answers to the questions we’re all asking. On today’s episode, I’m sharing some background on who I am and what you can expect to hear on The Modern Millennial. I never thought that I’d be broadcasting my life (and my AIM screen names) to the world, but if these last two years have taught me anything, it’s that I crave authenticity and vulnerability. I finally feel like I’m in a place where I’m free to be real and share my journey, and I’m excited to have conversations with people who are willing to do the same. The Modern Millennial covers themes of wellness, health, careers, mental health, nutrition, skincare, and more. I want this to be a corner of the internet that’s fun and honest, and a place to make sense of all the noise out there in the world.
