Listen "S3 | Ep. 11 Mucus & Fertility: Making Hormones Sexy Again - Interview w/ Tahlia Mynott, Women's Health Clinical Nutritionist & Author"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, I sat down with Tahlia Mynott, a Clinical Nutritionist with a passion for women’s health that stemmed from her own journey to wellness and the suffering she experienced from a very young age that many of us are told is a normal part of our cycles when in fact, it’s our body telling us something is wrong.Having had an instinctive inkling that something was not quite right, Tahlia started researching and delving into women’s health in order to support her own healing. What she found came as a shock. The more she learned, the more she realized how little she knew about her own body and equally shocked to discover how little the women in her life and those she saw in clinic, knew about the way their body worked or how to create balance within it. Tahlia is a true health enthusiast, she’s a nature lover, a passionate woman on a mission to make talking about hormonal health sexy. She’s authored two books Nourishing Those Who Nurture, a Preconception Guide and a Postpartum Support book and in this episode we unpack the four season of a woman’s cycle, what happens within those cycles and how our cycles are connected to that ofthe moon.
