In this episode, I interview Dr. Cristina Reamon who is the founder and therapist of Reamon & Associates, LLC and Pure Vida Counseling Services which are outpatient mental health private practices in Somers Point and Mullica Hill, NJ. During this conversation, Dr. Reamon and I discuss imposter syndrome, immigration, being women of color and self-care.
