So why would all smart self-storage investors be better off thinking like a banker? That’s the focus of this Self-Storage University podcast. We’re going to review what makes a banker happy and why that’s an important path to follow. We’ll also discuss some sample case studies of deals that a banker would and would not approve of and how their opinion would have been of benefit.
