Joey Mashchak is a local Murrieta rider who is quickly entered the race scene taking podiums in only his first year of riding.  As you will learn from Joey many of his skills come from a growth mindset mentality.  After having some dangerous spills as a pro moto rider and battline some concussions depression he found "growth mindset" to help him get out of the slump of depression, set goals and smash them.  Since that time he has learned so much about self help and development and it really shows in his ability to ride a Mountain Bike and now Joey is in the position to help other riders become a better version of themselves.   Hope you enjoy this episode with Joey Maschak from SmoothMTB.
