I do use ChatGPT to help generate my scripts. I'll ask it to rewrite the wiki and then from there I read it and figure out if i need to re-write it, or keep it or just come up with something totally new. I reference the books that i own as well to help out to ensure I get info as correct as possible, but without ChatGPT I wouldn't be able to get the videos done at all due to my own analysis paralysis which I've dealt with since I was a kid.
