Episode Synopsis

Note, I'm sharing my affiliate link for the tools below. Appreciate if you can support, if it's useful for you. In today's episode, I want to share about what I learn and try to do on managing my tasks. Everyday we will have something to do that relates to different bucket/project. It could be related for your family, work, or any other thing. The main idea is to complete your task or things to do. The tools are there only to help you record the what and when you need to complete it. I've tried a few tools. But mostly I like todoist (www.todoist.com) and nozbe (https://nozbe.com/?a=limanto). You can visit their website and see which one works best for you. In term of strategy/ways to prioritize, I'm learning to segregate my task to a Eisenhower matrix. Basically, you will rate your task to falls into: Important and Urgent (something you need to tackle it by then and there); Important and Not Urgent (something like your yearly goals. You need to do something today, but the completion date is still far); Not Important and Urgent (I. E. alert on phone, some meetings) ; Not Important and Not Urgent (something for fun). I would think you won't record the activity on the last one (not important and not urgent) I suggest you be honest and record it down. Then you can reduce the time for 1 or 2 task in this category so that you can allocate it for something else, especially the second one (Important and Not Urgent) so that you and I can complete what we need to do. Feel free to share what works or not works with me so that we can learn it together. Keep safe and see you next time.
