Oh vast fool Republicans legislators, don't fall for simple Pavlovian conditioning. If you want to ban Tik Tok because you want to oppose China, then that's a one-sentence bill. THIS bill is not that. It defines "unlawful actz" by NOT defining them. 
If you want to be a rube that further allows the ruination of discussions if public importance, then this is your bill, but you're in the wrong country and are violating your oath.
