If there’s any book worth reading right now, I highly recommend this one. She explores different situations and how to manage your anxiety through them, which makes this a great choice to re-read through different points of your life or to gift to a friend. Dr. Kathleen also writes a free, weekly therapy newsletter on managing anxiety, called The Anxious Overachiever. I highly recommend subscribing here.
