Listen "#23 The Barefoot Dutchman | The Ryan Stephens Podcast"
Episode Synopsis
Ryan kicks off the podcast after a year-long break with a guest who's been on once before - Anton Nootenboom (AKA The Barefoot Dutchman).
Anton has served in the Dutch military, traveled the world, lived in Australia, and most notably climbed Mt Everest Base Camp BAREFOOT and was the first person to do so. Since then, he's set two Guinness World Records walking the longest distance barefoot (3019km across Australia) as well as the longest continuous barefoot walk (27hrs).
In this podcast we discuss Masculinity/Toxic Masculinity, being a role model for younger generations and other men, the power of breathwork, persistence, and overcoming adversity.
