Since then she has progressed throughout her career at different companies and in various different roles’, she is now a Networking Engineer at hSo.During this episode, the pair talk about what Laura's experience has been like as a woman in the Networking industry. In such a male-dominated field, it was interesting to understand her perspective on how she found she was treated in comparison to her male colleagues. Laura explains to us how she found the UK a lot more inclusive when it came to applying for jobs, in comparison to other parts of Europe.
