It’s another edition of the Quinnipiac Athletics Podcast! Hosts Dan Bahl and Matt McAuliffe kick things off by recapping the week that was in Bobcat Nation, and looking ahead to the upcoming weekend’s events.
On this episode, Dan sits down with the head coach and assistant coach of the QU women’s volleyball program, Kris Czaplinski and Chad Davis. They recap how each coach came to Quinnipiac, and the challenges they face building the program into a competitor in the MAAC. They also discuss the amazing turnaround that happened in 2016 (18 more wins than the season before), and break down what we can expect from the 2018 squad heading into playoffs.
Dan and Matt are also joined in-studio by John Franklin, a senior who works as the content coordinator for women’s volleyball for Quinnipiac Athletic Communications. The guys break down the MAAC tournament bracket, weighing in on each match, and they discuss what the Bobcats will have to do to be successful.
