On the 74th episode of The Richard Robbins Show, I sit down with a fellow international speaker and consultant, who has spent the majority of her career focusing on the real estate space, Valerie Garcia.  Valerie began her career in real estate as an administrative assistant for her local Century 21 branch in Michigan. "My real estate journey started the day that my broker came in with a big box, threw it on my desk, and said 'this is going to change our lives', I opened it, and it was a fax machine." From that day forward, she focused her efforts on learning new skills and technology and passing along that education across North America. Valerie became a trainer with Century 21 before becoming the Director of Training with RE/MAX. She travelled the world, and met thousands of people, "and then about 7 years ago I decided to do something different and I went out on my own." In the blink of an eye, Valerie started from scratch, all on her own.
