Secure File Sharing with Partners ·       SharePoint offers an "external folder" feature for secure file sharing with external partners. ·       Flexible sharing options in external folders let you assign view-only access, editing permissions, expiration dates, and password protection. Versioning and File Archiving ·       The version history feature in SharePoint allows users to revert to previous document versions. ·       If set up properly, SharePoint has file archiving for SEC and FINRA compliance, with options for archiving periods and versions.
