This story illustrates the danger of allowing our feelings and opinions to interfere when identifying facts needed to make good choices. When you look at the mistakes people make you find that somewhere they have allowed the gut feelings to overrule the truth of the situation. Hence, we need to gird our loins with the truth if we are to defeat our problems.
