To start off the New Year and the first episode in this podcast channel, The Reset Mind, I recorded a guided relaxation audio I originally recorded for myself and a few friends. It’s helped those who have listened so far, and still listening, to take the focus of unwanted intrusive thoughts, helping with clearing the mind of obstacles, self doubt, and to focus on achieving their goals, improving their mindset and mental clarity, in some cases emerging from the audio feeling good, refreshed and relaxed. It’s a 30-minute reset you can listen to at night before bed, or after a day of work to help you get the most out of that ‘ME TIME’, and be more mindful and present.
