John started recruiting right out of college beginning in '93. From '98 – 2010, he was with MRI’s largest franchise, Kaye/Bassman International in Dallas. He became a Partner in 2000, an owner in 2004, consistently producing revenues over $1 Million annually.
A mid-life crisis led him to leave KBIC to work on personal real estate investments. Then he came back to recruiting in 2011.
John was Jeff Chaponick's neighbour. In January 2012 they began to work together at MAC growing their dream of what a search firm should be.
