In this episode Amanda Nova (@amandanovawellness) and I go deep into kundalini activations, lymphatic iridology, light language, channeling, detoxification, past lifes -- you name it! With an unrelenting will to heal, she became certified and proficient in several holistic healing modalities including, Plant medicine, Breathwork, Kundalini Activation, Kinesiology, Iridology and Embodiment/Somatic practices. In 2020, she went back to school for a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition to learn evidence-based information on nutrition, herbs, genetics and lifestyle for disease prevention and disease states.
