Surprisingly, sometimes our best advice is to talk our clients out of buying a house. What homes or issues do we try to talk our clients out of purchasing? Well, it often depends. What are incurable defects in a home? Incurable defects are absolute deal breakers such as backing up to a freeway, a busy road, a school, or high-tension power lines, etc. We help our buyers see as clearly as possible and that they are aware of the risks.
