The 4-4-6 method—inhaling for four, holding for four, and exhaling for six—resets your nervous system and brings you back to the present moment. Third, lead with the heart. When you shift into emotions like gratitude or compassion, you send a powerful signal to your brain and body, creating true energetic coherence. The world doesn’t need a more “productive” version of you—it needs a coherent one. When you become the observer of your thoughts and emotions, align your inner state, and lead from within, your outer results naturally follow.
