His love for both sports meant that when the waves were flat, you could always find him skating the local halfpipe.Despite not initially planning on a pro surfing career, a spontaneous decision to enter the OP Pro East during a summer break catapulted him to the top of the world rankings, leading him to join the world tour. After several successful years on the tour, Scott made a pivotal decision to return to school and pursue a career as an orthodontist.
