Episode Synopsis

Tuesday, June 24: Welcome to Ep5 of the Questions Bar — Inkandescent Women’s new podcast and video show that invites you in to listen in on a chat with two girlfriends talking about topics of the day that touch their mind bodies spirit souls and hearts: AlinaZ in Los Angeles and Hope Katz Gibbs in Washington DC.
The mission of the show: To share tools and experiences to manage stress and find hope in our lives each and every day.
In Ep1: Alina and Hope had their first chat about their lives and the anguish they feel post-election in 2025. What will we do to cope with the changes by an administration that does not have our best interests at heart? Ep2: Joy is the topic of the week! And last week on Ep3, the duo discusses how to maintain humor amidst the chaos. Last week in Ep4 they talked about ways to cope with you feel out of control.
This week, Alina and Hope focus on staying grounded and discuss the power of love, the importance of wellness, and the impact of societal challenges on your physical and mental health.

Alina shares her personal journey and announces that she just got engaged! “Of course, I’m so happy,” she says, “but what I’m focused on too is the importance of self-love and boundaries required in every relationship.”
Hope and Alina agree that happiness and fulfillment come from within, not from external relationships or validation.
And, they know, that how a person feels on the inside impacts their external world. This conversation touches on global issues and the emotional toll of keeping up with negative news.
Self-care and personal alignment are the tools they use, which they believe are crucial for maintaining energy and well-being.
