Listen "106 - Why do some people react to change 'harder' than others?"
Episode Synopsis
Change at work often takes us by surprise, appearing out of nowhere. This makes sense when you think about it. Organising and getting ready to announce change, big or small, takes a lot of work, with many moving factors. When we are on the receiving end of change, we crave clarity - we probably don't want to be involved in the early changes when there are more questions than answers. Organisational change can, therefore, knock us for six. Blindsiding our carefully thought-through plans. Some people take this in their stride, while others find it really hard to deal with. Richard and Ricky explore why we react differently and consider how different people can see the same change in very different ways.
