Recently, I was given the privilege to speak at Penntek National Dealer Meeting. I discuss the benefits and challenges of gaining online reviews. Everyone knows that reviews are the currency on which many modern businesses rely, but not all companies realize how important they are to their bottom line.
For the past decade, consumer reviews have been a significant influencer of consumer buying decisions. Reviews positively impact the conversion rates of businesses by boosting SEO and establishing credibility. They also provide insight into the quality and performance of a product or service. As more people are turning to social media networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter in order to research before they buy or sell — reviews are even more essential.
