In today's episode, we explore the word present, which means entirely existing and engaged in the current moment. Being present can be challenging for disciples of Jesus, especially in a world filled with distractions like smartphones. But Jesus calls us to focus on today, as He teaches in Matthew 6:34, "Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." Today's practice encourages us to set aside distractions, fully engage with the people and tasks, and trust God in the present moment.
