In today's episode, we look at the word glad. To be glad is to feel joy, delight, or pleasure. Jesus teaches us that true gladness isn’t just about good circumstances but is rooted in our relationship with Him, even in difficult times. Philippians 4:4 and Psalm 100:2 remind us to rejoice and worship the Lord with gladness, regardless of what’s happening around us. Today’s practice encourages us to reflect on what brings us joy, express gratitude, and intentionally act on that gladness. Let’s find joy in the Lord and in the gifts He’s given.
