Cara was told she would have a 1% chance of conceiving naturally with her own eggs and only a 10% chance of conceiving with reproductive technology and at one stage she was told there was about a 1 in a million chance of her being pregnant.
Those are slim numbers....
She shares with us the work she did, how she focussed on mindset, stress management, settling her nervous system and working through subconscious blocks to get what she wanted.
So yes, she got pregnant and talks us through her pregnancy and birth of first baby Jude at hospital.
And because miracles are possible and despite all odds, her second baby was conceived naturally and baby Bear was born at home.
