Ben Bonham has been working in the non-profit world his entire career.  After 20 years of Young Life staff he now works for 41&change coffee co and helps raise $$$ for Young Life areas around the world.  He has spent his career building teams, helping to develop leaders and creating community.  Ben lives in South Vienna Ohio with his wife of 21 years and their 7 kids. In his spare time, Ben is usually working, playing and hunting around the family farm.Ryan Snow is the Sawmill campus pastor for the Columbus Vineyard. He and Libby and their four children (Ellie, Emma, Griffin, and Grady) recently moved back to Central Ohio after planting a Vineyard Church in the Toledo area in 2005. While in Toledo he also ran an athletic shoe store. Ryan previously served as Pastor of Equipping and Teaching at Soma City Church in Toledo. Ryan's passions include Jesus, leadership, running (over 40 marathons), reading, Chipotle, Costco, Cookies, and Coffee.
