Episode Synopsis
We reprise this episode on bulls-- among the most abused and exploited animals in all the world, but especially in India in the sugar cane industry. Animal Rahat began as a sanctuary for overworked bulls in rural India. Started with PETA funds, the sanctuary has not only improved the lives of bulls, but of all animals and even the people of the region. Poorvah Joshipura, PETA Sr.VP of International Affairs talks to Emil Guillermo about Animal Rahat, how it started, and how it has continued to thrive.
