An inspiring and motivating weight loss journey to becoming a healthier person while starting her journey of motherhood. Pepita will touch base on her experience on dieting, her process of getting pregnant, her pregnancy and how being a BIPOC and plus size played, and her new experiences of being a mother. After taking a long break from her podcast, Pepita still wants to focus on her weight loss journey but to put mother focus on motherhood and her overall health in general. Being that Pepita identifies as Black, though she is Native, Mexican American, and Black. She will also be diving into the Black and Brown experience of pregnancy and motherhood.
