According to research from the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute, 46% of people who’re struggling with household debts also suffer from a mental health problem. So, how can we reduce the risk of money worries impacting our mental health? You can also text the word ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 and speak to a volunteer, anonymously.  If you’re concerned for the immediate safety of yourself or someone else, then always call 999.
