Chris Frosch is entering his 6th season in professional baseball and 4th year with the Baltimore Orioles organization, where he is currently their AA strength coach. Prior to joining the O's in 2022, he spent time with the Chicago Cubs as a MiLB S&C Coach and interned at both Florida State and Texas Christian University in 2019.
