If you saw the title of today's episode and were hoping for some DIY tips, I'm sorry to disappoint. Today's episode is about our compulsion to try and 'fix it' when someone we love is struggling. I still fall into this trap despite the fact that I so often warn others against it. Oh well, I suppose I'm human too!
