Episode Synopsis
In part two, the Government is loosening rules to make it cheaper and easier for hobby bakers to sell their goods. The home bakers with side hustles are happy they won't have to meet the same costs and audits as larger commercial operations. Then: there won't be any Christmas in Onehunga this year. The local business association has had no choice but to cancel its annual parade, with resources stretching too thin to manage.
