Drew, having grown up as a healthy individual, realized that there was a disconnect between himself and his personal training clients. This is what sparked the idea of Fit2Fat2Fit. He decided he would intentionally become overweight and then try to lose it all. All within the span of one year.In this episode, Drew talks about:The side effects of a bad diet - Unprocessed foods are convenient and affordable, but they also impact your psyche in some pretty drastic waysThe emotional/mental challenges - When your sense of self is so closely tied to your body, the journey is no longer about just “losing weight”.
