This interview is with Michael Croom of Open Face Wines. In this interview, Michael talks about how he got into wine after pursuing a culinary degree, his previous work experiences, and how he ended up in Oregon. He then goes on to speak about his label design, the meaning behind Open Face, and what it’s like working with the people at SE Wine Collective, and the role of wine within society.
