Surviving the holidays when you've lost a loved one is a totally different experience that can seem unimaginable to get through. Find comfort in traditions that remind you of your loved one, or create new traditions altogether.
Choose to celebrate or not celebrate depending on how you feel in your heart.
Reach for help to make it easier to process your grief. 
Share memories of your loved one. 
Cut back on seasonal stressors, or anything that depletes you. 
Find new ways to take care of yourself as you process your loss. 
 
Remember - while your celebrations may never be the same, they can still be filled with joy as you remember your loved one.
